Statement of Purpose
The purpose of the Heart Political Party is to:
Bind those of us with shared beliefs, philosophy and/or goal into an effective political unit.
Provide a democratic vehicle for making political change within the present political structure of the United States of America so as to accomplish the tasks of achieving our goal.
