Platform
The Heart Political Party platform is composed of two adjacent floors each consisting of multiple planks. The two adjacent floors are: 1) the present Money System, and 2) the future Heaven on Earth system.
- The present Money System.
. We request no functional enhancements -- just light maintenance as absolutely necessary to keep functioning. We realize that even the slightest attempt to make improvements in the Money System to create a thriving life for individuals would greatly "enrage" the Money System. The Money System would then react by inflicting tremendous damage on the vast majority of those at or nearer the bottom of its hierarchical food chain.No enhancements
Encourage the immediate formation of private citizen support groups to: 1) aid individuals in healing from damage inflicted directly or indirectly by the Money System, 2) help protect against further damage, and 3) inspire participation in the Heaven on Earth project.
Heaven on Earth project. Establish and activate a federal government organization to design, create, test and implement the new Heaven on Earth socioeconomic-geopolitical system, replacing the Money System in our country. The Heaven on Earth system will facilitate a thriving life of love, health, fun and fulfillment for all individual human beings and will be designed utilizing direct democracy.
The new Heaven on Earth socioeconomic-geopolitical system is not a pre-designed concoction of one person’s mind; it’s not a utopia. The new system will be designed and created by all of us who are alive today and who choose to participate in the process of its creation. This process will be very similar to that which created our country in the late 1700s, this time making great use of both direct democracy and state of the art system design technology, and without the horrors of war. The new system will be all that we require it to be to meet our needs and desires in our here and now and immediate future. But, since it has yet to be designed, we don’t know what it will be like.
We do know, however, that it will be founded on the beliefs of the Heart Political Party, and with the goal of facilitating neuropsychological health for all individuals, thereby creating a thriving life of love, health, fun and fulfillment for everyone. It is therefore likely to contain the following features:
Clearly specified, guaranteed, inalienable individual human rights for both adults and children, with respect to responsibilities of citizenship.
A revised national constitution, confirmed via direct democracy, to support the new system, and to facilitate the creation of the next system immediately upon implementation of the new system.
No money, or money system or subsystem, of any kind.
Direct democracy, practiced very frequently to decide national, regional and local: 1) issues of philosophy, strategy and high level tactics of socioeconomic and geopolitical activities, and 2) the election of officials in the socioeconomic and geopolitical systems.
Representative democracy to perform leadership, low-level detail decision-making, and system administration tasks in the socioeconomic and geopolitical systems.
A geopolitical system, being one government in form and substance, administrated consistently at the national, regional and local levels.
A cooperative and efficient socioeconomic system, governed by the people, separate from the geopolitical system, but subservient to all individual citizens via the geopolitical system.
A true "demand and supply" socioeconomic system for production and consumption, featuring almost no shortages of any basic need and only very limited shortages of some personal desires. This is a component of eliminating economic worry.
Employment for all, from late teens until disability or death, in healthy, non-damaging work environments. This is a component of eliminating economic worry.
A 4-hour workday averaged per year of days worked, with virtually no annual overtime or under-time, and time off including 2 days/week, 4 weeks vacation/year, sick days, extended illness/circumstance leave, holidays and floating personal days for all. This is a component of eliminating economic worry.
Absolute equality of consumption power. "First come, first serve" will decide rare shortage allocation. No "class" consumption privileges. This is a component of eliminating economic worry.
Choice of basic needs and wants and desires (food, clothing, medical care, housing (a "home"), transportation, communication, education and entertainment) available at any time to all who work or are disabled from working. This is a component of eliminating economic worry.
Optional multiple, personally chosen careers during a lifetime, with education, hiring and promotion standards for all jobs.
International trade to be conducted at the national level only, with separate national trade interfaces for Money System and non-Money System countries.
More free time: for personal choice activities, to raise a family, play, eat healthy, and get a good night’s sleep.
Neuropsychological health care available to all, included in the basic need of medical care.
A vastly supreme national defense.
Public service for all, in multiple stints during a lifetime, with at least one stint being in the military, and the rest being in other areas of the public sector as determined by direct democracy.
Population management, involving: 1) personal and voluntary efforts to create small nuclear families, including conception prevention available to all, 2) nationally established population density limits, pollution maximums and minimum standard of living, enforced by limiting construction of homes, offices, retail outlets, warehouses and manufacturing plants, and 3) managed immigration to conform to population density limits, pollution maximums and standard of living minimums, providing first for citizens already here before importing new citizens.
The harnessing of science to serve humanity, through national projects chosen and resource-prioritized largely by direct democracy.
Establishment of strong ecological standards to preserve our part of the planet.
Standardization of laws with absolute equal application and enforcement. Elimination of needless, excessive legislation.
Creation of healthy natural families, attributed to: the elimination of economic worry, more free time, healthy parents, a healthy environment and the availability of mental health care to all.
Virtual elimination of crime, attributed to: the elimination of economic worry, more free time, healthy parents, a healthy environment and the availability of mental health care to all.
Absolute freedom of interpersonal and social relationships (including companionship, friendship, romance, marriage, family, socializing, schools, sports, culture, religion etc.), providing individual human rights are not involuntarily or voluntarily violated.
Individual achievement awards, as needed as credentials and for success motivation, integrated into all aspects of life in the new system (although, merely being heart-centered will usually be sufficient to impel one to all levels of personal achievement and success).
Participation in the United Nations but without being cast in the role of "world policeman".
