Our Political Tactics

 
  1. Informally create the Heart Political Party.
  2. Conduct surveys of individuals.
  3. Write the Heart Party book to near completion.
  4. Create the Heart Party web site, to include the book, e-mail contact support and donation support.
  5. Obtain the necessary licenses, names and P.O. Box to begin a political party.
  6. Find a web host to host the party web site.
  7. Publish the Heart Party web site before the end of September 2000.
  8. Continue modifications to the Heart Party book and the web site.
  9. Send e-mails to various sites to stimulate interest during the 2000 election year.
  10. Receive donations.
  11. Exchange e-mail with people who show a positive interest in the Heart Party.
  12. Encourage people to recover from damage.
  13. Encourage people to form personal recovery support groups.
  14. Encourage people to spread the word about the Heart Party and to support us.
  15. Choose people to be a part of the Heart Party organization at the national and state level.
  16. Publish the final first edition of the Heart Party book in paperback form.
  17. Assist in the organization of personal recovery process groups.
  18. Organize the national and state Heart Party branches.
  19. Register voters as Heart Party members, and continue until over 50 percent of eligible voters are Heart Party members.
  20. Seek candidates to run on the Heart Party platform, and support these candidates for election.
  21. Obtain a majority of Heart Party members in state and national elected offices, and retain that majority.
  22. Run a candidate for President in 2004, and win.
  23. Create the Heaven on Earth project team as a national and federally funded organization.
  24. Utilize direct democracy to gather information from citizens who wish input to the Heaven on Earth project.
  25. Design and create the Heaven on Earth system.
  26. Test implement the Heaven on Earth system.
  27. Implement Heaven on Earth, replacing the Money System, including necessary amendments to the national and state constitutions.
  28. Create the project team to create the follow-on system to Heaven on Earth, and begin the process of designing the next system.
  29. Monitor Heaven on Earth closely and make immediate changes as needed.
  30. Reorganize the party to better meet the needs of individuals in Heaven on Earth.
