The Political Process.

The recovery process brings with it the desire to take heart-centered action to create a system of relating in which one can thrive in love, health, fun and fulfillment.

Political action is necessary to create a new system. The action, so taken, is directed to replacing the Money System with a new socioeconomic-geopolitical system. The new system, based upon our beliefs, will facilitate human heart-centered existence and a thriving life for everyone.

The political process in our country, The United States of America, offers perhaps the best environment for the Heart Party to conduct its affairs so as to bring about the desired change of systems. This is because of the following aspects of our political process:

Democracy. Democracy is individual human beings having a voice in the affairs of state, to the degree that they may vote directly in elections and petition representatives regarding grievances and desires. Democracy is a key ingredient in any form of government, and democracy has absolutely nothing to do with the Money System, although many people (purposely) misuse the word democracy when they really mean the free enterprise aspect of the Money System.

Freedom of Speech. In our country it is legal to speak about the geopolitical and socioeconomic processes in our country. We can speak freely about what we see happening, what we like and what we dislike. We speak thusly, without fear of legal repression or other forms of damage, which unfortunately are still legal responses in some countries.

Freedom of Assembly. We are also allowed by law to assemble together peacefully in a common pursuit.

An Amendable Constitution. The amendment process to the Constitution of the United States of America allows us to make foundational changes in our country’s organizational structure, which is necessary in order to implement our thematic value, and to do so without revolution and the horrors of war.

Thus we are allowed to form a new political party – The Heart Political Party ("Heart Party" for short)  – and conduct political party affairs according to the rules of conduct applied equally to all political parties.

The political party provides an organizational body within our country’s political structure that facilitates political change. Political parties can support their chosen candidates and unite the body politic in voting for those candidates. Once these candidates are elected, they can go about the business of executing and changing their aspect of government so as to implement their political party’s thematic value. Once we have a vast majority of Heart Party members in office we will be able to amend our country’s constitution to bring about the creation and implementation of our new system, Heaven on Earth.

The thematic value of the Heart Political Party is the healthy, functional individual human brain and neurosystem. We wish to replace the mind with the heart as the ruler of our life and to replace the evil Money System with a socioeconomic-geopolitical system that enables the heart to thrive.

The Heart Political Party will seek candidates for office who have made significant progress in their recovery process, who support the Heart Party’s thematic value and who are qualified to do the job for which they seek office.

The Heart Political Party will employ individuals to operate the political party within the laws of our country. We will gain power through the ballot box. Once in power we will form the project team in the federal government to design, test and implement Heaven on Earth in our country. As part of this process, the project team will receive input from the people of our country, whether members of our party or not, regarding things they wish to have remain as they are, improvements they wish to see and methods of making the changes they desire. The project team will then take this information and, based upon our beliefs as stated in a previous chapter of this presentation, design a brand new system encompassing the personal, interpersonal, social, socioeconomic and geopolitical arenas of life. We will then implement this new system according to law at the time. After such implementation, we will again form the next project team and begin the information gathering and design of the next system, followed by its implementation. This cycle will continue to repeat as long as we are in power, so that any system we create will be followed by a better system, and no system would ever be around long enough to decay into something evil.

 

Individual participation.

Each and every individual can participate in the political processes of the Heart Political Party.

The following methods of participation are currently available:

1. Read our web page.

The first step is to learn about the Heart Party. Our web site provides the necessary information as contained in this, our web book.

2. Ask questions.

Much of what we present will be new to many. If you find our party attractive but there’s something you don’t understand, e-mail us with your questions to: questions@heartparty.org. We will respond through the "Frequently Asked Questions" chapter. We encourage your questions, as we all learn through this process. However, abusively critical letters will be discarded without partial content consideration.  Important:  E-mails must not contain attachments.  E-mails with attachments will be deleted without being read.

3. Spread the word.

The Heart Party is just beginning. It is important for those who like the Heart Party to tell others of our existence and about our web site. The faster we can get people to read our web book, support us and experience the recovery process, the faster we can go about creating Heaven on Earth. When people read this presentation they are likely to begin experiencing conviction regarding their past and present damage. This can lead to recovery and the formation of recovery process support groups. All of this facilitates the Heart Party in achieving its goals.

4. Begin/continue your individual recovery process.

It is very important to go through your own recovery process. Joining with us in political action without first beginning and progressing in your own individual recovery process might even make your recovery more difficult, as you may find yourself "acting out" mentally in the political arena like so many others, at the expense of your damaged soul and imprisoned heart. We are in need of financial support, and grateful for what we receive. However, we advise against anyone doing anything at all in support of us until their personal recovery directs them to do so.

5. Make monetary contributions.

We exist in the Money System, even though we don’t like the Money System. Any vehicle created within our country’s laws requires money as its fuel. If there is no money, the vehicle goes nowhere. Money is necessary to provide for people to spend their time making the Heart Party work, and money is necessary to pay for materials and services needed in this process. Thus monetary contributions are as essential for the Heart Party as for any other political party. The difference between the Heart Party and other political parties is that the monetary donation will be used to enact the metamorphosis that will someday eliminate money itself along with its evil system. Thus money donated to the Heart Party is like fighting fire with fire. The more money we take in, the sooner the demise of the Money System.

(Note: the Heart Political Party is presently very young and has yet to receive recognition by our government as a mature, full-fledged political party, although we are indeed recognized by our government as a legal entity. Thus all contributions made at this early stage are not tax deductible as donations. Indeed, the only financial contribution you can give at this time is directly to the founder for his work and to keep this site on the web.  Still, the Heart Party needs monetary contributions in order to grow to maturity where it will be recognized by our government. Thus, in effect, this tax deduction restriction is one of the ways the Money System discourages change in the early beginnings of national recovery. We, however, do not expect this tax law restriction to be a discouragement or a detriment to our progress. We believe that those who support the Heart Party will still make what monetary contributions they can, even if no tax deduction occurs for doing so.)

6. Provide us with your time and effort to facilitate national and regional party operations.

As the party grows and operations advance, we will be requesting the following methods of participation: party office volunteer work, paid national office staff, paid state office staff in all states, candidates for office, other support personnel on both a volunteer and paid basis as determined from time to time.

If you wish to participate with us in the aforementioned activities, e-mail us at participate@heartparty.org and clearly specify what it is that you want to do, why, and tell us of your background in neuropsychological health, politics, organization, administration, or whatever you believe is relevant to our efforts. 7. Maintain healthy interpersonal and social relationships.

Continue to establish and maintain interpersonal relationships with other healthy individuals and to socialize with healthy people in healthy ways.

This is very important, and a foundation of healthy socioeconomic and geopolitical life aspects.

Do not forego this important aspect of life by attempting to make us into your pseudo family at the expense of a balanced, healthy life. We are a political party, no more, no less. We do not want to be your artificial family of conditional affection. Your work with us must be socioeconomic and geopolitical and for the purposes we all wish to achieve.

Sure, you will meet people as you volunteer with us who are healthy, like you, and you will establish good friendships with some of them. But please do not idealize us as a "replacement family", as to do so is unhealthy and inaccurate.

We are not an emotional replacement for anyone. If you have "lost" your family of origin, then that is a loss to be accepted, as it cannot be replaced. If you are having problems in your interpersonal and social life, you need to deal directly with those issues, not hide in an addiction to us.

It is your job to create your families from your personal health and healthy interpersonal relationships. It is our job to facilitate healthy socioeconomic and geopolitical change. And these jobs need to be kept separate.
