Heaven on Earth
Heaven on Earth is the socioeconomic-geopolitical system created by heart-centered human beings and in accordance with and founded upon the beliefs of the Heart Political Party.
Heaven on Earth facilitates an environment where it is safe for one’s heart to emerge and to be the rightful leader of one’s life, and where we all are allowed and encouraged to thrive in love, health, fun and fulfillment.
The new Heaven on Earth socioeconomic-geopolitical system is not a pre-designed concoction of one person’s mind; it’s not a utopia. The new system will be designed and created by all of us who are alive today and who choose to participate in the process of its creation. This process will be very similar to that which created our country in the late 1700s, this time making great use of both direct democracy and state of the art system design technology, and without the horrors of war. The new system will be all that we require it to be to meet our needs and desires in our here and now and immediate future.
But, since it has yet to be designed, we don’t know what it will be like.
We do know, however, that it will be founded on the beliefs of the Heart Political Party, and with the goal of facilitating neuropsychological health for all individuals, thereby creating a thriving life of love, health, fun and fulfillment for everyone. It is therefore possible to present a general description of Heaven on Earth with a high degree of accuracy.
There are five aspects of life that we experience within the universe at this, our mezzocosmic, level: personal, interpersonal, social, socioeconomic and geopolitical. Each aspect is different and distinct in Heaven on Earth.
The personal aspect involves our self as a singular entity and includes internal experiences. The primary focus of the personal aspect is our own complete personhood. This involves heart-centered existence and our experience of the world around us without being involved in an external relating experience at a given moment. The personal aspect includes our self-awareness and strength of entity as well as our general awareness of the universe within and without our self and our relationship with God.
The interpersonal aspect involves our self as a singular entity relating directly, one-on-one with another singular entity, namely, another person. Essentially this relationship can be with a human being, animal, thing, system, etc. The focus here is that we experience a single entity outside of our self, one-on-one. From the perspective relevant to this chapter’s presentation, the interpersonal relationship is regarding a one-on-one relationship with another human being. The quality and depth of intimacy in the interpersonal aspect is greater than with the social, socioeconomic and geopolitical aspects.
The social aspect involves our self as a singular entity relating with two or more human beings in either a formal or informal process. It is not as intimate as the interpersonal aspect, but greater in intimacy than the socioeconomic and geopolitical aspects. In the social aspect we play, educate, create culture, religion and tradition, and otherwise socialize.
The socioeconomic aspect involves human beings in a social setting performing an economic function. Socioeconomics is human beings interrelating as they produce and consume goods and services. This process is necessary to sustain and enhance physical life, making the socioeconomic aspect a distinct and legitimate aspect. It is not as intimate as the social and interpersonal aspects, but greater in intimacy than the geopolitical aspect.
The geopolitical aspect involves human beings, in total, creating both a system of self-government throughout their land and a system of international relating that applies to all people within the boundaries of their body politic. This aspect describes, proclaims, regulates and monitors the functions of the country to also facilitate the other aspects. It provides the same regarding the functions of the people within the body politic. It does this: to a great degree in the socioeconomic aspect, to a moderate degree in the social aspect, to a lesser degree in the interpersonal aspect and not at all in the personal aspect. The geopolitical aspect provides us with direction for relating with entities outside our body politic: to a great degree in the international socioeconomic aspect, to a moderate degree in the international social aspect, to a lesser degree in the international interpersonal aspect and not at all in the personal aspect.
The values of life in Heaven on Earth are derived from our beliefs. These values form the foundation of the socioeconomic-geopolitical system in Heaven on Earth. These values are as follows:
An individual thriving life of love, health, fun and fulfillment are primary. Nothing short of a national emergency can justify the placing in peril of an individual by other than that self-same individual, and then only with the consent and direction of that individual’s heart.
The environment we all create together must be conducive to facilitating everyone to thrive, each in his/her own heart-centered way.
Interpersonal freedom is to be totally unregulated regarding behavior and decision making processes, providing no one is imperiled in the process without the consent and direction of her/his heart.
Democracy, especially direct democracy, must be the foundational decision making tool in the social, socioeconomic and geopolitical arenas.
The economic value of an individual is measured solely in hours worked without regard to the specific work. Minimums, maximums and methods of work hours are determined democratically at the national level, to be based on our beliefs, and to be applied equally to all who are not incapable of working in some way.
A national emergency must be declared at the level of the national government, and can apply to any part of the nation or the entire nation, and can affect all the aspects of life in any way.
All laws will respect these values, will be founded on our beliefs, will be defined and decided democratically and will be applied equally and fairly to all.
Law will decide unresolved inter-aspect and intra-aspect conflicts.
The process of designing and implementing a successor socioeconomic-geopolitical system must begin immediately once a new system is implemented. Once implemented, a system may be modified according to law prior to its eventual replacement by its successor system.
There will be no money or facsimile of money used for any socioeconomic or geopolitical purpose, or for any other purpose.
It is both impossible and impractical now to define the structure in detail that will emerge from our beliefs and the foundational values of Heaven on Earth. This is because such a structure will be defined democratically by those who are alive at the time, and it would be pure guesswork to anticipate such a structure now. Also, such a definition with appropriate examples at even a basic level would be too large for this presentation.
Nevertheless, it is possible, based on our beliefs and values, to make experiential conclusions as to the conditions of life in Heaven on Earth with a probable high degree of accuracy.
This section presents the probable life conditions in Heaven on Earth.
- Clearly specified, guaranteed, inalienable individual human rights for both adults and children, with respect to responsibilities of citizenship.
The foundation of Heaven on Earth will be the individual human being. Individual human rights will be clearly stated and documented as the foundation of the entire Heaven on Earth system. These rights will be incorporated via amendments into the national constitution, which will apply at all levels of government.
Responsibilities of citizenship will also be clearly stated and documented in the same manner.
By clearly stating and documenting individual human rights with respect to responsibilities of citizenship, there leaves little unnecessary ambiguity in the matter of the individual vs. the state. Although a small amount of ambiguity will remain, as is necessary for the sake of idiosyncrasy, diversity, exploration and a fluid exchange of ideas, there will be no ambiguity as in the past as to what constitutes a gross violation of human rights.
The individual rights of children, owing to a child’s special dependent circumstances, will be explicitly included and specified in the foundational human rights. This will protect children from abuse at the hands of the damaged adult (although the occurrence of damaged and therefore abusive adults will be rare compared to today). Care will be taken to insure the rights to a thriving life of love, health, fun and fulfillment for children, and will be specified to guarantee these rights for every child without, in effect, placing the child in charge over his/her parents and other adults in authority.
These individual rights, coupled with an emphasis on maintaining neuropsychological health, will facilitate a heart-centered life for all individuals, which is the centerpiece of life in Heaven on Earth.
- A revised national constitution, confirmed via direct democracy, to support the new system, and to facilitate the creation of the next system immediately upon implementation of the new system.
Those who created our country and its constitution recognized the inevitability of change. So they incorporated the democratic amendment process into the constitution itself to document and enact required foundational systemic changes without the need for political revolution or war.
Our constitution will first be amended to replace the present state-based amendment ratification process with a direct popular vote ratification process. This will expedite the creation of Heaven on Earth, which will occur at a national level applicable to all states. This will also begin the process of direct democracy at a national level to decide issues other than just the election of officials.
The individual human rights for adults and children with respect to responsibilities of citizenship will be incorporated into the constitution via the amendment process.
Also incorporated into the constitution via the amendment process will be anything necessary to support every aspect of the Heaven on Earth system that is created, as well as to facilitate creation and implementation of the successor system to Heaven on Earth while Heaven on Earth is active.

- No money, or money system or subsystem, of any kind
There will be no money, period. There will be no extrinsic externally attributed and managed system of assigned personal value and worth of any kind either with respect to production and consumption of basic needs and individual wants and desires or with respect to an individual. People can do whatever they want for fun; they can trade cards and coins and whatever. But no material accumulations can be traded for basic needs and individual wants and desires in the social, socioeconomic and geopolitical aspects of Heaven on Earth.
There will be no rich, no poor, no middle class with respect to material needs and wants. Everyone will live and die on an equal basis with respect to his/her peers. This is as God intended – equality, because we are all equal in the eyes of God.
No more workaholism. No more neurotic competition. In Heaven on Earth we will all work sensible work hours in healthy work environments all in cooperation with each other on a national basis. Everyone will have equal worth in both consumption and production, no matter what they produce and no matter what they need or want to procure. No longer will we view each other as strangers in competition with one another for scarce basic needs. In Heaven on Earth we will all experience abundance and see each other as socioeconomic partners, cooperating in trust for the mutual benefit of everyone in our country.
Direct democracy will be utilized frequently, with balloting for officials and issues held perhaps as frequently as four times per year every year, and with additional special elections as needed in special circumstances.
The advent of regularly and frequently practiced direct democracy to decide referendum issues will activate the decision making power in each adult individual at the socioeconomic and geopolitical levels – we will all have a very strong voice in what happens. We will all become more knowledgeable about the process of self-government.
The addition of balloting on socioeconomic issues is new. This will give workers and consumers a voice in the process of commerce, greatly contributing to a system that meets the needs of the people it is designed to serve.
Elections of executive, legislative and judicial officials in the geopolitical system will remain.
New is the election of officials by popular vote to the socioeconomic system. Again, this will give the people the power they need to insure this aspect of life in Heaven on Earth meets their needs.
Although the people will now provide general direction via direct democracy, elected officials will continue to carry out the day-to-day tasks of running the government (geopolitical system) and now also the commerce (socioeconomic system).
This is a major departure from our present forms of government.
Instead of multiple forms of government in a hierarchy, there will be one government at all levels (national, regional, local), with all levels seamlessly integrated into one efficient and fully functional geopolitical entity, very and directly responsible to the people.
Gone will be bureaucracy, red tape, inter-level finger pointing, inconsistent policies, unavailable officials, extreme complexity, inaccessibility, non-responsiveness, etc., etc.
Now we will have a government that works, and that works at all levels, and that will be clearly defined, and that the people can understand and utilize, and that will be immediately responsive to citizen needs.
The socioeconomic system will now be clearly identified and defined as a separate system.
The socioeconomic system will be governed by the people directly via separate socioeconomic system direct democracy balloting on system issues and for electing officials to run this system.
Thus the socioeconomic system will be cooperative due to the high level decision making process that utilizes direct democracy, and it will be efficient in that it will be representative with one and only one foundational directive for its elected officials – to meet the people’s socioeconomic needs.
The importance of making a clear distinction between the socioeconomic and geopolitical systems in Heaven on Earth allows the people to remain in charge of this system via the government (geopolitical). This will ensure that the socioeconomic system will always respect each person’s individual rights, adhere to the laws of our country and will facilitate government decision on disputes that may arise within the socioeconomic system.
"Supply and demand" will be replaced by "demand and supply" regarding determining what to produce.
This means that consumers will tell production what they want (in advance directly and via consumption trends) and production will then make what consumers want.
Gone will be the days of production trying to "figure out" what people want and then creating a product that then must be heavily marketed to "dumb down" the people into "buying" it.
Now the people (and this includes children!) will tell production what they want and it will be made. Ideas for products and services will be presented to socioeconomic production. Viable ideas will then be presented to the people without marketing. If enough people want the product it will be made.
This process will meet the peoples needs and desires, greatly reduce manufacturing by eliminating unnecessary production of undesired products/services, and greatly reduce environmental pollution as a result.
Production as a result will become more efficient and responsive to what the people want, thus virtually eliminating shortages of any basic needs and wants and desires, with temporary shortages only on traditional "luxury" items, with "first come first serve" deciding.
Compared to today’s vast shortages (just ask the poor and middle class!), the near elimination of shortages for basic needs, wants and desires in the socioeconomic arena of Heaven on Earth is a major factor in eliminating the economic worry that plagues us today.
Everyone will work in either the socioeconomic or geopolitical systems in Heaven on Earth. There will be no unemployment except for personal adjustment between jobs; i.e. there will always be a job for everyone.
Everyone will begin working probably sometime in his/her late teens and will continue to work at some job until disability or death. There will be no retirement, thus everyone, regardless of age, will be a valuable part of production.
All work environments will be safe, non-damaging and healthy (with the understandable exceptions being the military, emergency services (police, fire, etc.), heavy construction, deep-sea fishing and exploration for which only a short stint will be allowed followed by a necessary and sufficient period of damage recovery and healing).
Also, in Heaven on Earth there will be clearly defined standards of behavior between coworkers. No longer will bosses be allowed to behave abusively. No longer will anyone fear loss of job due to the whims of the management level above. Everyone will work focused and diligently, but without either the neurotic rush or "goldbricking" extremes of today. If someone has a problem on the job, it will be treated as systemic. The system of work will be reevaluated first to institute systemic changes. If it is found that the system is okay, then one will receive additional training as necessary to aid her/him in meeting the standards of the system. Interpersonal disputes will be dealt with mediation and counseling, not with knee-jerk termination. This will nearly always be sufficient to improve any situation. And everyone will work at a normal, healthy and steady pace, without any outside conditions (short of the very rare national emergency) disrupting that pace. People will work genuinely trusting and secure that they are as productive as is healthily possible, that they are safe in their jobs and that they are safe from unjustified abuse and termination.
Compared to today’s unemployment and many dangerous working conditions (just ask the poor and middle class!), full employment in healthy working environments in the socioeconomic arena of Heaven on Earth is a major factor in eliminating the economic worry that plagues us today.
There will be no part-time employment. Everyone will work "full-time". Thus underwork will be eliminated.
Everyone will work an average of 4 hours per day over the course of a year of days actually worked. This is a cut of from 4 to 8 hours per day compared to today’s workdays. Thus overwork will be eliminated.
Everyone will have the same amount of scheduled time off regarding "week ends", vacations, national holidays, and floating days for having worked holidays and for health appointment needs (that can’t be done during off hours). Sick and extended illness/circumstance, pregnancy (both mom and dad), bereavement, etc. leave will be available for everyone as needed.
The elimination of money and its system will free up so many people (financiers, bankers, marketers, salespeople, etc.) to work other jobs that we will easily produce everything we need and want in the shorter workday.
Staggered 4-hour shifts will allow parents to plan their work schedules so that the children will always have one parent available. And the staggered shifts will eliminate the morning and evening "rush hour" traffic jams that plague us today simply by spreading out the commute evenly throughout the day.
Compared to today’s overwork, underwork and inadequate time off (just ask nearly everyone!), 4-hour days and sufficient time off in the socioeconomic arena of Heaven on Earth is a major factor in eliminating the economic worry that plagues us today.
In Heaven on Earth, everyone will have equal consumption power. No one will have more consumption rights/privileges than anyone else does; there will be no socioeconomic "class".
As today, "first come, first serve" will determine procurement/consumption priority, but in Heaven on Earth there will also be some restrictions to prevent damaged people (who have yet to sufficiently recover) from hoarding.
Rare shortages will be decided on a "first come, first serve" basis, and any long term waiting for "luxury" type items will be handled via waiting in an efficient and responsive "computer" line. This is the allocation method used today (although today shortages are far from rare).
Compared to today’s poverty (just ask the poor!), equality of consumption in the socioeconomic arena of Heaven on Earth is a major factor in eliminating the economic worry that plagues us today.
Choice is important. Being presented with a variety of selections from which to make a choice is a prerequisite to making a choice. Both of these conditions will be available in the socioeconomic system in Heaven on Earth. The only requirement is to work. It does not matter what one does in either the socioeconomic or geopolitical system, what matters is simply that one works. Then all of the following are available:
Everyone eats differently. No two families or people have the same menu. People eat differently due to family of origin experience, societal culture, blood type, specific health reasons, etc. No one, with the exception of cannibals, should be without the foods she/he desires/requires. In Heaven on Earth, people will tell production what they want and it will be procured for them; individuals will have a choice. There is nothing more required of one to receive the foods she/he desires than to work fulltime (4 hours per day average) and then to simply ask for something (go shopping and procure it); no working of additional hours or "paying" extra or the like is required.
The same is true for clothing. Everyone’s taste is different. People should be allowed to wear what they want (except when protective clothing is needed while on the job). Only identifying badges are required while working in production in the socioeconomic and geopolitical systems to let consumers know whom to ask questions of, etc. Special work uniforms, etc. will not be required (with the exception of specific costumes that might be appropriate at work social functions, parties and when conducting international affairs). This is the way it will be in Heaven on Earth. People will specify the clothing they want. If it is not "on the rack" it will be made for them almost immediately at "no additional charge".
The same is true for health/medical care. Each person deserves the right to choose her/his medical professional and care facility. In Heaven on Earth everyone will have that right. There will be no insurance and HMOs telling us who we can see, what services we can have and if we are going to be "allowed" to live. And since everyone will be healthier in Heaven on Earth, there will be virtually no shortage of professionals, facilities and supplies for giving us the care we need. Our professionals will make decisions and we can accept them or get a second opinion. No one will tell anyone the type of medical care they "must" have; that will be an individual, adult choice.
The same will be true for a home. Each adult will be allowed to choose where, when, alone or with whom they will live. All home styles (apartment, community, family home, retirement, etc.) will be available to any adult. One simply needs to work and make a choice of what’s available, without doing anything extra except wait for the desired home to become available (and wait time will soon become minimal with successful population management). Although there will be sensible restrictions (such as not allowing one person to own and live alone in a "mansion" or allowing a large family to own and live in a one-bedroom apartment), each person may own the home of their choice. Yes, this is ownership. The house and land (if a separate dwelling) will belong to the owner. No one rents from anyone; their house, apartment etc. belongs to them.
The same is true for a car. Each person of legal driving age with the ability to drive safely will be able to own the vehicle of his/her choice in Heaven on Earth. Again, one just chooses the car, truck, van, etc. she/he wants and it will be made to specs – new. One will just trade his/her old vehicle in as desired and receive the new one. Old cars will be completely recycled or internationally traded. Sure, there will be limitations, as no one will be allowed to change vehicles too frequently (every other year perhaps at best, unless damaged in a wreck and then a new vehicle can be immediately procured). Population management will prevent too many vehicles from being on the road, and the use of non-polluting engines will keep the environment safe.
The same is true for communications. Everyone will have the communications devices they desire (phone, internet, television, speech assistance and other disabled assistance devices, etc.). And anyone may choose to have no communications device, like with anything else in Heaven on Earth. Whatever one wants, and in whatever variety desired, one gets, just as with anything else in Heaven on Earth. The only requirement is to work.
The same is true for education. Whether for a job, career or personal edification, a quality education of choice will be available to all, merely by working. Children who have not yet reached the working age will of course be provided education. Education will differ from today’s method in that children may remain with their age group in school associated social functions, but may excel to any educational level. Adults will have to work while going to school, but, compared to today, there will be plenty of time for both. And a myriad of choices will be available. Employment standards will be posted along with projected job needs in the socioeconomic and geopolitical systems and anyone may choose and strive for the associated education goal.
The same is true for entertainment. In a true demand and supply system such as in Heaven on Earth, entertainment (amusement parks, eating out, shows, movies, etc.) and entertainers, not considered basic needs today, will be freely available in Heaven on Earth. All one has to do is work.
Compared to today’s scarcity and lack of choice (just ask the poor and middle class!), choice and availability of needs and wants and desires in Heaven on Earth is a major factor in eliminating the economic worry that plagues us today.
Every job in the socioeconomic and geopolitical systems will be clearly and explicitly specified as to job functions, responsibilities, promotion path, education requirements, experience requirements, etc.
One may choose any job he/she wishes. It does not matter if one’s temperament, character, aptitude, blood type, etc. is or isn’t in some arbitrary "alignment" with the nature of the job. What matters is that one is attracted to a particular field and job regardless as to the reason for the attraction. Everyone will be allowed to pursue the career and job of his/her choice.
People change. People grow. Sometimes this means that they will continue to enjoy their career. Sometimes this means that they may become interested in another job or career field. In Heaven on Earth, one may change careers at any time. Although that can be done today, there are usually severe penalties for doing so: drastic reduction in income and tremendous loss of free/personal time while reeducating. But in Heaven on earth there is no income so there is no loss. Also, one works only an average of 4 hours per day, leaving adequate time for school and studies. In Heaven on Earth education will be a priority and thus classes on any subject will be available at most any time of the day. Also, on the job training will become the norm everywhere, without productivity risk or loss to the consumer.
So one may have multiple careers throughout one’s lifetime. This contributes to fulfillment in a thriving life.
No country is an island in the trade market. No country can exist in and of itself today.
But in Heaven on Earth there is no money or money system and, at least initially, all other nations will be immersed in the Money System. This will create a challenge regarding international trade.
So in Heaven on Earth, all international trade will be conducted at the national level; no individual or company operating socioeconomically in our country will be allowed to trade production to another country or receive production from another country on their own.
An international trade interface will be established at the national level. This interface will act as an assessor of international trade priorities and needs in our country and a translator of unit product/service value to determine the barter equivalent value on all internationally traded products and services. Then this interface will request our companies to make a product or service that another country wants and this interface will then trade it with another country for something of equal value. Value will be based on raw material availability and human hours to create the product or service. This will facilitate improvements in production but not so that individual human rights in our country are violated.
Although this international trade interface will replace our individual and company international trading, it will allow interface at any level internationally, be that a citizen of another country, company of another country or the other country as a whole.
The international trade interface will work well. It will be particularly valuable when interfacing with other countries when they eventually realize that the Money System is killing them and they begin to make their own conversion to a healthier system.
For countries suffering in the Money System, they will be forced to deal with us on our barter and value unit terms. We will not compromise with their Money System in any way. However, since international travel will continue to be encouraged, our international trade interface will have a money acceptance feature that will, to a small degree, allow us to accept the currency of other countries in exchange for our materials/services. Thus when our people travel abroad they will be given that currency to spend in that country.
Along with an end to economic worry, in Heaven on Earth we will experience an end to enslavement. No longer will our lives be overwhelmed by a lack of time to perform our responsibilities and personal desires. In Heaven on Earth we will experience liberation; we will all have more free time.
Free time is important. There are only 24 hours in a day. Eight of those hours are needed for rest. How we utilize the remaining 16 hours significantly determines how much we can enjoy life and if we do indeed thrive. And this is the only life here on earth we will ever have, so having the time to live it right is of tremendous value.
In the Money System we spend 8 to 12 hours per day, 5 to 6 days per week -- or more -- working, essentially doing the Money System’s bidding. Then we conduct consumer Money System "management" with much of the remaining hours, leaving us little time and free mind left to, well, simply to live and thrive.
In Heaven on Earth, our workday will be cut to an annual average of 4 hours per day. In Heaven on Earth there will be no "money management", no budgeting, no extrinsic, external value assignment on our heads that requires constant attention. In Heaven on Earth we just go out and procure what we want, no checkout lines, no waiting for the person ahead in line to fumble with their method of payment, no traffic delays, etc. In Heaven on Earth we will have free time left for real values:
There are so many activities we would now enjoy doing, "if I only had the time". Well, in Heaven on Earth we will have the time. And we will also no longer have the obstacle of money. Imagine having the time to: just sit and read a book, take a walk in the park, leisurely socialize, learn something new, work a project, build something, go to the gym, create art, travel, cook a tasty meal, play an instrument, write a poem or a letter to someone, etc., etc., etc. And imagine doing all of these personal choice activities without rushing around neurotically like a "chicken with its head cut off" to barely do even a few things half-way. In Heaven on Earth we would actually fully enjoy these activities, and without sacrificing "responsibilities" that would require us to "pay the piper" later for our so-called "sins". Such redemption! When someone today says, "get a life!" well, in Heaven on Earth, that’s exactly what we all will have – our very own life!
How often today do we find that our healthy relationships with our family members are sacrificed to the Money System and our addiction to work and "doing". In Heaven on Earth we will have more free time for our high priority family members. We will have more time and desire for intimacy and cooperation with our spouse. We will have more time and desire to parent our children, and we will do so in the healthy manner of meeting their needs at every stage of their growth and giving them our unconditional love which is their birthright. Thus we will not dysfunction in the Money System’s unhealthy manner of damaging our family members by making our children (and our spouse) meet our needs that we didn’t get met from our parents when we were children. We will have time for this healthy relationship with our family that is denied us today in the Money System. Truly, the joy and satisfaction we derive from our healthy relationships with our family members will remind us that we are indeed living in Heaven on Earth.
And to simply play. Play for play’s sake. Having fun! How often this is sacrificed to our childhood damage and the "seriousness" of our enslavement to the Money System and its pawns, robbing us of our time and desire to play! In Heaven on Earth we will be healthy, and there will be more time for play. We will be relaxed and ready with an attitude to play -- and we won't need alcohol to put us there! We will have time for play by our self, with our families, and with our friends. Free play will be strongly encouraged in Heaven on Earth and catalyzed by our mutual trust. Play is a necessary component of being healthy and heart-centered. Without the complex mental barrier of damage and economic worry, our desire for healthy play will be revealed to us again. In Heaven on Earth, we will again have the desire and time for the simplicity of play, which is truly an absolute requirement of life. And we will find that the neuropsychological reorganization that occurs at play will keep us all heart-centered and genius.
How often do we skip meals, skip going to the grocery store, eat unhealthy fast food and frozen meals. In the Money System this occurs so very frequently. Now in Heaven on Earth we will have more free time to prepare good, tasty, nutritious meals. Eating healthy will greatly contribute to our biochemical balance, thus eliminating the biochemical imbalance that exacerbates our damage experience in the Money System. Such biochemical balance in Heaven on Earth will help us recover quicker from the infrequent damage we may incur, as well as help us feel our best, be healthy, and live longer, happier lives. In Heaven on Earth we will have time to eat right and to enjoy all the benefits that derive from doing so.
And how often do we skip sleep in the Money System. We have so little time to do anything other than work or little desire to do anything but veg-out in front of the boob tube after we rush to do all the things we are "supposed" to do. Thus sleep suffers either due to lack of allotted time for sleep or restlessness while trying to sleep. In Heaven on Earth we will have time again for sleep. We will get a good night’s eight hours of sleep, it will be restful, and we will enjoy the next day fully awake, and without having to cope by filling our self full of damaging caffeine to keep from falling asleep. We will feel refreshed and alive!
Yes, in Heaven on Earth, we will experience true redemption. We will get our life back! We will enjoy our life – the one and only life on earth we will ever have. We will cooperate with others who also have their life back. We will be one nation of millions of people, each living their own life in their own way, and not according to the dictates of the Money System. A nation of people, each who have a life, will indeed be a great nation, and all will be very patriotic as a result.
Most of all, we will each find that we now have time again for love.
Maintaining individual heart-centered neuropsychological health for all is priority one. It is the singular goal of the Heart Political Party.
In Heaven on Earth, the individual human heart is the foundation of all that we create.
Thus health care to repair damage and to maintain neuropsychological health will be available to all at any time, in the method requested, at no "additional charge" so to speak, and without question. This will be a guaranteed individual human right applied equally to both adults and children.
Neuropsychological health care will be included as a basic need within the sphere of health/medical care.
In Heaven on Earth we will have a living environment that everyone wants, and that everyone also fears.
People in other lands will want what we have in Heaven on Earth. They will see how wonderful life is here. They will want to come and live here. They will want to create the same healthy environment in their own country.
But the Money System is strong. The people in power in other countries won’t want to give up their power. Their religious groups that paint us as "evil" will misinterpret our progress with undue "suspicion". Many in other countries will be thwarted in their attempts to create Heaven on Earth in their own country. They will then look on us with envy, and eventually with contempt. This will be the Money System’s doing, as it acts in defense of itself in their land.
Some in other countries will experience the recovery process. Many will not. It is the collective many who do not recover from Money System-oriented damage, in conjunction with their government and religious groups that view us as "evil", that pose a very strong threat to our national security.
We will need to protect ourselves. In today’s technological age, weapons of mass destruction are easy to obtain and deliver. We are in greater danger from technological weapons than ever before. Small groups and even individuals may now obtain such diabolical weapons and import them covertly into our country.
In order to protect our nation and therefore ourselves, we will need to create by far and away the supreme national defense on the planet. All facets of our military must be second to none. We must protect our borders from all forms of invasion. We must protect our one-on-one international trade agreements from invasive interference from any third party nation. We must be able to launch a counterattack quickly to any place on the planet and target directly the parties responsible for the invasion, leaving the innocent alone and undamaged. We must be prepared to occupy foreign lands, if necessary, as further deterrent to additional attacks on us.
But we must never strike first, for any reason. We must never strike first in anticipation of attack and we must never strike first to secure materials/services for ourselves. We must always allow the other to strike first. This is why our military must be second to none, so that we can successfully defend the strike of another without incurring damage, and so that our immediate counterattack will be swift and decisive.
Many in our country who have not yet recovered from damage may not grasp the concept of a strong national defense. This is because they have yet to recover and experience their own personal boundaries and the sanctity of their self and how important it is to live strong and without the constant fear of personal invasion from another.
Many in our country who have not yet recovered from damage may not grasp the concept of requiring the other to strike first before attacking. This is because they have yet to recover their self so that they may experience the sanctity of the selves of others and respect the personal boundaries of others.
Nevertheless, a vastly supreme national defense will be an absolute requirement in Heaven on Earth.
A major difference between the present Money System and Heaven on Earth is that at present we damage each other and are in danger from each other and that in Heaven on Earth we will support and aid in each other’s healing and be in safety with each other.
Nevertheless, this does not mean that all the danger in life will be removed, especially at the onset of implementing Heaven on Earth.
Although we will soon cease to be in danger from each other in our nation, we will nevertheless still find significant life-threatening danger from various occupations that are necessary to human survival. Workers for these jobs will be in short supply in Heaven on Earth, as there will be no additional "privileges" of consumption power granted to those who perform those jobs. Some will still enjoy these jobs for the thrill of it, but for the most part there will be unemployment in dangerous jobs.
It will be a focus in Heaven on Earth to remove needless danger from employment. But until such time that is fully accomplished, dangerous and necessary jobs will still need to be done for the benefit of all. A partial list of these dangerous jobs includes military service, heavy construction, deep-sea fishing, altitude dangling jobs, working with toxic substances, etc.
In addition to dangerous jobs, there will also be boring and monotonous jobs that will need to be performed and jobs that require extensive traveling and being away from home. Workers for these jobs will likely be in short supply. A partial list of these monotonous jobs includes picking crops, assembly line work, receptionist, etc. Although there will be people who enjoy these jobs for the satisfaction, serenity or whatever reason, for the most part these jobs too will be greatly unemployed.
This problem is solved in Heaven on Earth via public service stints, much like being drafted into the military. It is conceivable that people will spend two to three separate, short stints in public service during their lifetime, with at least one stint being in the military. Jobs subject to these stints will be determined by direct democracy as will the number of stints and length of each stint. Again, the average number of hours worked per day will be four, even in public service, as it is unlikely anyone will vote for "self-sacrifice" in public service, except during a national emergency.
Today’s attitude toward selective service is less than positive. But in Heaven on Earth our attitude will be so pervasively positive toward our selves, our country and in cooperating for our mutual benefit – simply because we put individual neuropsychological health first – that support for multiple-stint public service will be overwhelmingly enthusiastic. And when a person is on a stint they will receive thorough mental health care, and when they finish a stint they will be allowed time for damage recovery with intense healing therapy prior to returning to their regular non-public service lifestyle. And they will return with honor.
No subject is more controversial than population management. It is so controversial that it is rarely even discussed among today’s politicians.
Nevertheless, no problem exists whose lack of a solution portends such disastrous consequences for us all, for it is our loss of adequate personal living space that pressures us so quickly into an explosive and damaging reaction. On a small scale, such explosion results in mass murder. On a large group scale, such explosion results in riots, insurrections and global war. We are quietly and frighteningly near to such disastrous reactions today, not just in "other countries", but here in our own country as well. We can no longer delay in managing our population, as the horror of failing in this task will be cataclysmic and perhaps unrecoverable.
So fast and harsh measures are needed now, as we have waited too long for slower solutions. Although the problem exists on a global level, we have only the power to solve this problem in our own country. Fortunately, we do have at least the power to address it nationally.
So in Heaven on Earth we will take explicit and specific steps to manage our population. The following action is highly likely:
We will mutually encourage the creation of small nuclear families, with a maximum of two or maybe even one natural child per family. This of course will not be legally enforced, although the societal pressure to conform to this requirement will be tremendous.
We will create safe and 100% effective methods of conception prevention, and we will make them available without question to all who have reached puberty, and we will encourage their use for anyone who does not want to create a child. This will be an extremely controversial, but necessary measure. People whose religious teaching opposes conception prevention methods, and parents who do not wish their pubescent children to have access to these conception prevention methods may request their children not use them, but the societal pressure to keep such methods freely available to all will be tremendous.
We will create and utilize the findings of scientific studies to determine the maximum population density, pollution limits and living standards that will allow all in the population to remain heart-centered and neuropsychologically healthy. We will then abide by these standards by limiting construction of homes, manufacturing plants, warehouses, offices, and procurement stores, and reducing the existence of these same items where population is too dense.
We will manage immigration with respect to the scientifically determined maximum population density, pollution limits and living standards. This means that we will initially put a stop on all immigration. Then we will deport all non-citizens "living" in our country. Then we will manage our citizen population to conform to our population management standards. Once population management has been achieved to these standards, then, always keeping within these standards, we will again allow immigration but only for permanent citizenship.
Although these measures may seem harsh, the problem demands them. However, we must never let the problem become so horrendous, that we would ever advocate the terminating of human life at or before birth, based on the sex of the child or other determinates, as is done in some countries today where they delayed in taking the aforementioned measures. Taking the aforementioned measures, beginning immediately in Heaven on Earth, will prevent us from someday being in the position of these other nations, when really drastic, neuropsychologically damaging and life-terminating measures may be requested, just to keep our preexisting population alive.
The purpose of science is to understand, explain, predict and control everything it focuses upon.
When science functions for the benefit of humanity it can quickly accomplish great things.
But when science functions for the sake of science itself, it is mentally driven and thus it often functions to the detriment of humanity and for the benefit of the Money System.
Today science is often either owned by the Money System or off in its own little world. Either way, the total disregard for human beings in either of these focuses is harmful to us all.
Today science is focused on genetics, which scientists use to discredit the human spirit and even deny the existence of environmentally engendered damage. The race to map and patent the human genome is a twisted motivation straight from the Money System. Cryogenics to cheat death is a cowardly waste of scientists. Science is utilized to create all sorts of products that have no benefit to humanity, the production of which diabolically alters our nature or greatly pollutes our environment, all for the sake of the Money System.
In Heaven on Earth we will harness science for the sake of benefit to individual human beings. We will ask science to solve real problems that detrimentally affect us. We will use direct democracy to determine the direction science is to take, thus science will be directed by the people.
We will ask science to improve our environment, not create more pollution. We will ask science to create: clean forms of energy, 100% safe and effective methods of conception prevention, state of the art military defenses, 100% safe and effective medicines and disease treatment methods, hack-proof network computer systems, 100% safe and effective pesticides and herbicides, production automation, accurate weather prediction, safe pollution and waste disposal methods, safe and fast transportation, alternative building materials, safe and expansive information and communications devices, state of the art entertainment, improvements in food production, on-demand, immediate, and sized-to-fit clothing production, advanced education methods, etc., etc., etc.
Experimentation will be directed to achieve these specific people-oriented goals and will be conducted under close supervision by a scientific auditor responsible to the people.
Thus science will no longer be self or "thing" serving. By harnessing science for the sake of humanity, we will commence to make real progress like never before.
Whether we want to face it or not, we are killing our planet today by destroying its earth, water and air with our production waste materials, senseless deforestation, population non-management, and bare-earth coverage. We can’t stop doing this because the Money System won’t let us. But without our planet, we will all die.
In Heaven on Earth we will put an immediate halt to our destruction of our planet. Scientific studies will be reviewed and new studies conducted as necessary to determine maximum limits of pollution. We will then begin altering everything we do so as to conform to those standards. We will recycle everything. We will use harnessed science to quickly create non-polluting methods of production. And since the socioeconomic system is now subservient to the people, there will be no violations of our ecological standards.
We will indeed begin the process of healing our part of the planet. Although we have no power over other nations, and thus we will not foolishly try to control them, we will hope they will see by our example and enact the same non-pollution standards.
With the end of the Money System comes an end to legalism.
Many, many laws will no longer have any meaning, and these needless laws will be repealed.
Law will become standardized throughout the nation. Laws will rest upon our constitution and will be constitutionally verified prior to enactment. Thus all laws will respect our amended constitution and therefore they will respect the guaranteed rights of the individual human being.
Because all adults will now be treated equal socioeconomically, there will be a tremendous decrease in "extenuating circumstances". Thus laws will be applied equally to all, with standardized, non-compromising violation consequences. This will allow concise, succinct definitions of law, efficient enforcement, and guaranteed pre-known violation consequences. Much ambiguity regarding law will be removed.
Court proceedings will become quick and efficient. Juries will be easy to assemble because people will be ready participants as they won’t suffer economically for their jury participation. Because punishment will be just and fair and supplemented with therapy for damage repair, there will be less likelihood, in a nation that values the truth and healing, that people who are guilty would plea bargain their way around their "just reward". This is because violators will actually look forward to their repair process. And it is entirely possible that plea-bargaining will be abolished in Heaven on Earth. Because violation penalties will include rehabilitation healing, the likelihood of repeat offending will drop to near zero percent.
These changes will greatly benefit all of us.
Today’s natural or "nuclear" family, although still idealized, suffers from damage that severely harms every family member. Most members of nearly all families are miserable in the family, with nearly 100% of American families being in some way, more or less, damaged and dysfunctional.
Today, the Money System continues this generation damage to adults/parents. Nearly all parents today are mentally centered. They are legalistic, addicted, abusive, enmeshing, absent and/or neuropsychologically ill. They inflict their damage on their children, sometimes unknowingly, causing their children to become damaged, mentally centered, and in emotional pain. These children in turn seek pain relief through: somewhat automaton-like conformity to "earn" their parents’ "love", drug addiction, criminal acting out, isolation, etc., etc., thus becoming "two-fold the child of Hell" as their parents. It is 100% true and proven: if the children exhibit behavior reflective of damage, the parents are damaged and reflect the behavior of damage, and are the most likely suspects in the damaging of their own children. This truth is difficult for most parents -- and most children -- to accept. But only by accepting this truth does this very truth begin the process of "setting us free".
In truth, however, there is nothing we can do for our children, without first addressing ourselves. Parents who hypocritically focus on their children’s damage -- without addressing their own damage -- only strengthen their own mind by stroking their own egos, and usually they and their children are worse off because of it. But if the parents first address themselves – completely – leaving no stone unturned in their own healing process, even if they had initially "thought" there was "nothing wrong with me", a wondrous miracle will begin. Their own healing will be a natural beginning and true hope for their children’s healing and a shining example for their children once their children’s understandable contempt for their parents has been dealt with. Also, healing, like damage, is contagious, and as parents recover from damage, their ability to express their feelings and become "real" to their children will stimulate the same response in their children. In truth, this is the only way our children will recover from their damage until they become adults, and if they don’t begin recovery when they are children, then it becomes more difficult for them – if they do indeed survive to become adults. This is because damaged parents can unknowingly create children who become mass murderers or who commit suicide – while still in their teens!
Sadly, in today’s system – the Money System – there is no incentive or value for adults/parents to heal from damage. The only incentive is to make more money, while our families suffer and our children’s lives are imperiled. In this way, through damaging our families, the Money System propels us toward the sudden annihilation of the human race.
In Heaven on Earth, adults/parents will finally get the relief they need to heal.
The elimination of economic worry in Heaven on Earth will greatly reduce hyper activity of the mind. This will begin an end to the mind’s dominance. Adults will only work an average of four hours per day in Heaven on Earth. Thus adults will have more free time to meet their own needs, including damage repair and healing. And they will have more free time and psychological availability to address the needs of their children. Because Heaven on Earth will be a safe and healthy environment without the neurotic competition and fear-based attitudes of the Money System, adults/parents will be much more at ease, almost as if they were in a peaceful asylum where it is safe to feel and to heal. Because of the primary goal in Heaven on Earth of neuropsychological health, therapy for damage repair and healing will be available in abundance to all, and time off from work as necessary for the healing process will be available to all as well.
The moment adults/parents begin to heal from their damage, their children will begin to undergo their own healing process as a byproduct of the power parents have over their children. Then, the children will continue their own healing process on their own, as children will have the same resources for healing available to them as their parents do.
Soon, in Heaven on Earth, family members will all be healthy and functional. All of the symptoms of damage will disappear. Children will no longer succumb to drug addiction, horrendous crime and suicide. The natural love God intended all families to share will replace anxiety, guilt, animosity and contempt that permeate nearly all families in America today.
Thus in Heaven on Earth we will create healthy families. Nothing will portend more brightly for our future than this.
The virtual elimination of crime is attributed to the same conditions as the creation of healthy families.
This is true because crime originates in childhood damage. When families heal from damage, the potential for crime drops to nearly zero.
Once a person is healthy, the only law he/she will break is an unjust law that is unconstitutional, and then she/he will share her/his crime with millions of fellow "criminals". Such a law will not last long.
But intentional criminal acts against others and against one’s self will all but disappear in Heaven on Earth because of: the elimination of economic worry, more free time, healthy parents, a healthy environment and the availability of mental health care to all.
This is all so simple to understand. It makes perfect sense.
There is much work to be done to create Heaven on Earth. This chapter is merely a presentation of highly likely conditions and experiences we will have in Heaven on Earth.
People will be free in Heaven on Earth to interact interpersonally and socially for mutual benefit. There will be much more freedom of assembly and organization in Heaven on Earth than in the Money System today. The administration of schools, sports, culture, religion, etc. will likely occur at a local social level with material/service support freely provided from the socioeconomic system under the authority of the geopolitical system which is responsive to the individual citizens of our country.
Certainly there will be no state run religion, because in Heaven on Earth there will be true religious freedom like never before. And the government’s role in education will be to insure that excellent educational standards are achieved for meeting employment requirements. Neither will the government attempt to abolish physical roughhousing and contact sports among children and adults, as such behavior, when non-abusive, is a vital component expression of human spirit and emotion, and essential in the military.
Nevertheless, everything we do in the interpersonal and social aspects of life (as in the socioeconomic and geopolitical aspects as well) will be subservient to the individual human rights as we amend to our constitution. There will be no excuses for the violation of these rights in the interpersonal and social aspects of life.
This is a significant change compared to today. In the Money System, dysfunction is encouraged, because dysfunctional people make the best slaves. But of course what’s great for the Money System is bad for people. Thus abuses in today’s interpersonal and social arena abound, and are justified by appeal to "parental autonomy", "religious rights", "the nature of the game", "I'm the boss", "teacher’s authority", etc., especially as these abuses pertain to our defenseless children.
To protect us as both adults and children from the abuses in the socioeconomic and geopolitical systems we will amend our constitution to guarantee individual human rights with respect to citizenship. We will do away with the Money System and replace it with a healthy socioeconomic-geopolitical system. In this we will all rejoice.
For our individual human rights to be completely effective, and to be something each person can truly trust, we will also have to make them the foundation of our activities in the interpersonal and social aspects of our lives as well. Paradoxically, this may at first meet with resistance.
The resistance originates from being overpowered as children in the Money System. Then we become adults and claim the same dysfunctional power in our interpersonal and social lives. We damage our children who as a result become "uncontrollable". We have to work with abusive people. We are afraid to give up our protective coping mechanisms of control over "uncontrollable" children and abusive adults, coping mechanisms that are often abusive.
But in Heaven on Earth we will be told to relinquish power that is abusive interpersonally and socially. Prior to our complete healing we will feel "squashed" in a dysfunctional sandwich between our abusive parents and other authority figures on one side, and our inability to act out onto others for emotional relief from our childhood damage and to "control" dysfunctional children and other people in our lives on the other. We will be resistant to interpersonal and social laws that take away our "rights" to "react" abusively.
But our "rights" to be abusive were "given" to us by the Money System, which had no heart and no right to "grant" them.
In Heaven on Earth, there will be no "right" to violate the individual rights of another, no matter the aspect (interpersonal, social, socioeconomic, geopolitical) or the age of the other person. (The exceptions being the specific and unnatural placing in peril of adults in response to a nationally declared emergency regarding catastrophic natural disaster, human-made disaster, invasion from the outside, or in normal situations of emergency service work.) Thus, and especially interpersonally and socially, the so-called "right" to abuse will be revoked, with standardized and irrevocable penalties for the violation of individual human rights.
This will be a most difficult change for us all, and one that absolutely necessitates healing in order to conform to change. Such healing must occur for the entire family and society. But then, as we recover from our own damage, we will enthusiastically embrace this change, easily relinquishing our "right" to abuse.
In Heaven on Earth we will have all the support we need to heal and make these necessary changes in our behavior.
Because we live in the Money System, which is a system of external motivation (albeit via fear), we have been taught deep within our mind that we must have external incentives to motivate "success".
However, in Heaven on Earth, we will become heart-centered. A heart-centered person is internally motivated from her/his heart to succeed in achieving a thriving life of love, health, fun and fulfillment. No external motivations are necessary in a healthy society.
Nevertheless, nationally granted and recognized personal achievement awards will be determined and granted to individuals in Heaven on Earth for two reasons:
To provide credentials for others to recognize quickly and easily the valid authority of an individual in an area where wisdom and/or job performance in that area is being sought.
To provide success motivation during initial transition from the Money System to Heaven on Earth while our damage-oriented external motivation has not completely been replaced by our natural heart-centered and healthy internal motivation.
The personal changes we make as individuals will involve the individual in a recovery process. Part of this recovery process means spending time alone to heal.
As many individuals in our country heal in this manner, our nation will be so healed, and our nation will appear to other nations as going through changes associated with national healing.
However, other nations may not recognize our healing process. They will see our time spent alone and perhaps react from their own national insecurity and "accuse" us of isolationism.
Nothing could be further from the truth than to say we are "isolating". Nevertheless time spent alone is necessary for healing. Just as no person has the right to stop another’s personal healing recovery, we will not allow another nation to halt our national healing, no matter what invectives are leveled against us.
We will continue our participation in the United Nations, during initial national healing and transition, and throughout Heaven on Earth. We do not wish to "isolate", only to heal. Isolating as a nation from other nations is antisocial and unwise, as no nation is an island. We are all interdependent for trade that keeps individual humans alive.
Nevertheless, we will no longer act as the world’s policeman. We will no longer be the "military for hire" for another country. Thus we will no longer unilaterally enable another nation militarily so that nation doesn't have to negotiate with other nations, and we certainly won't enable another nation militarily simply so that they will trade with us.
Our policy will be to let other nations stand on their own, or fall on their own. But as an active member of the United Nations, we will actively pursue within the United Nations a policy of swift cooperative punishment on the governments of nations that attack other, weaker innocent nations. We realize that in international affairs, like interpersonal affairs, nothing is ever as superficial as it seems. We will stress understanding, cooperation and latitude in international affairs -- until lives are threatened by bully nations -- but our reactions must be as United Nations, not as a single nation, unless we are being attacked.
Our policy will also be to not allow a third party nation to forcefully interfere with our trade agreements with another nation. Such acts of interference will be considered an attack on us and will be met with swift, specific and precise measures against the parties responsible in the interfering nation, measures that may even include the use of military force.
We will continue to participate in United Nations functions, without actively proselytizing other countries to adopt their own Heaven on Earth replacement to the Money System.
We will continue to form trade alliances with other nations, but we will form military alliances with other nations only in response to specific incidence where our own safety or our own material/service international trade is actively attacked.
